Project & account management

I take a project end to end: pin down the real problem, structure the proposal, price the work, and manage cost, risk and change as it runs. I keep clients, contractors, suppliers and senior stakeholders aligned to one plan, and trim cost without cutting scope.

Business development & sales

I pitch and win work. I shape a client's problem into a solution they will buy — a service, system or platform — build the business case, and close the deal, from government pitches to corporate contracts.

Data & growth analysis

I'm strongest with a messy dataset. I pull together campaign, store and web analytics, find what is actually driving results, and turn it into a clear product, content and growth plan — the basis for taking a brand into new markets.

Cloud platform delivery

I build and ship the live platform myself on Cloudflare — content, structure, deployment and monitoring. Enough hands-on engineering to demo it, fix it, and answer the hard technical questions in a customer meeting myself, without waiting on a developer.

Smart curbside parking billed by the minute — a NUS × HKUST venture pitched to the HK government.

  • Ran procurement — compared supplier proposals across China and APAC on cost, feasibility and risk to set the system direction.
  • Built the adoption and launch plan that anchored the pitch to the HK Transport Department, Productivity Council and Smart Traffic Fund.
  • Shipped the bilingual platform end to end — the centrepiece of the government pitch.
02 Chen Tian Auto Parts Cross-Border Growth Advisor Guangzhou · Jan 2026 – Present

A Mainland auto-parts brand's first step into overseas APAC markets.

  • Analysed sales and engagement data across 6 storefronts (~40k audience) to find which products and content travel.
  • Turned the analysis into a quarterly product and content plan the founder now runs against.
  • Designed, built and shipped the first overseas storefront — set up to track the full customer journey.

Workplace consulting and fit-out for corporate occupiers.

  • Won 5 contracts (S$1–2M each, S$9M+ total) — led discovery, proposals, pricing and negotiation to signature.
  • Managed two builds through 20+ change requests, holding budget and schedule across client and contractor teams.
  • Cut 13–15% from final cost by re-pricing the work, re-tendering vendors and checking the final accounts line by line.
04 CBRE Asia Pacific Client Interface & Operations Singapore · 2025

Residential property management at Reflections @ Keppel Bay.

  • Acted as the single point of contact between the client owner and the operations and technician teams.
  • Replaced scattered email, phone and walk-in requests with one dashboard that routed each job by priority.
  • Gave the client real-time visibility on the work and lifted resident satisfaction.
